Job Description: Lead a dynamic team working to promote inclusive education for all students in Delaware. The ACCESS project team supports best practices such as coaching educators to utilize instructional strategies for students with complex communication needs, providing supports to LEAs to construct and implement standard-based IEPs, and supporting schools and districts to implement Universal Design for Learning as part of their Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) so that all students have what they need to reach their full potential.
